Case Study
Ms. Doe was charged with possession of controlled substance (meth) for sale out of her residence following arresting agency's search of her home pursuant to a search warrant. The search warrant was obtained with assistance of a paid informant claiming he/she had personal knowledge of Ms. Doe selling meth from her home.
